• How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the link that was sent to you once your order was shipped.
• How can I track my order without the tracking link?
If you don't have the tracking link, please contact our customer support with the order details, and we will provide you the link again.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
• How many days after the delivery of my order can I request a refund?
You can request a refund within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Please make sure to initiate the refund process within this timeframe.
• How many days are needed to receive my refund?
You will receive your refund once we receive the returned goods and process the return.
• Are refunds issued to the original payment method?

• How do I check the status of my return?

• What should I do if I received a wrong item in my order?
If you received a wrong item, please contact our customer support team with photos of the incorrect item, and we will assist you with a return or replacement.
• Can I return a gift that was purchased for me?
Unfortunately, no, you cannot return a gift that was purchased for you.
• Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items that have been damaged by you, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Yes, your payment process is secure. Every payment is 3D secured and encrypted to protect your financial info. However, if you suspect any unauthorized activity, please contact your bank or other payment provider immediately, as we cannot be held liable for third-party theft or modification to your payment info.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
• What to do if my order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service or courier company for assistance. We have no liability once your order is in the hands of your local courier and hasn't been delivered yet.

• Can I change my order after it's been placed?

• What is your return policy for sale items?
Our return policy for sale items is the same as for regular items. You can return sale items within 30 days for a refund.
• Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled after purchase. The order will be processed, and you will need to follow our return process for a refund.

Our size chart is unique for every product to help you determine the correct size for your purchase. You can find it on the product's page.
• What is your policy on using customer photos on your website or social media?
We will NEVER use customer photos on our website or social media without permission.
